MEET THE #RECALL3

Ken Starks, Anh Jung, and Katharine Wick currently hold the majority vote on the Power Ranch Board — and under their leadership, our community has been steered into secrecy, division, and instability.

Instead of serving homeowners with transparency and integrity, this board has prioritized personal agendas, silenced opposition, ignored community feedback, and stripped away safeguards meant to ensure accountability. Their decisions and behavior have created deep mistrust, and in at least one case, introduced serious legal and ethical baggage that has no place in a leadership role.

  • Ken Starks, Board President, has repeatedly failed to uphold his fiduciary responsibilities as Board President by using his position to serve personal interests, undermining board processes, and engaging in behavior that creates division within the community. His actions reflect a consistent disregard for transparency, impartiality, and ethical governance.

  • Anh Jung, Board Vice President, has consistently demonstrated a lack of compliance with association standards and governance procedures. She has attempted to alter rules and committee structures to serve her own interests and has contributed to a hostile and disruptive environment through the misuse of internal communications and public platforms.

  • Katharine Wick, Board Member, has acted in ways that conflict with the best interests of the Power Ranch community, including raising funds to sue the association and pursuing legal strategies despite repeated legal confirmations against her claims. Her focus on a single neighborhood to the detriment of the entire community, coupled with retaliatory behavior toward homeowners, violates her fiduciary duty as a Board member.
